At Nex Claim Systems, we understand that business needs can change. This policy outlines the terms under which our billing services agreement may be cancelled by either party.
Clients may terminate their service agreement with Nex Claim Systems by providing 30 days’ prior written notice.
During the 30-day notice period, Nex Claim Systems will continue providing billing and revenue cycle management services as agreed. The client remains responsible for all applicable billing fees incurred during this period.
Nex Claim Systems reserves the right to terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the client:
